We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all adjustments. Dr. Renelt draws from what’s known as the Palmer package, a flexible collection of manual adjusting methods tailored to your body and comfort level.
For lower back issues, he may use side-posture adjusting, drop-table techniques, or flexion-distraction, which is a gentle, table-assisted method that helps reduce pressure on irritated discs and nerves. For mid-back concerns, he often employs prone or anterior adjustments to restore motion and relieve tension.
If you bruise easily or prefer a gentler approach, our chiropractor also uses instrument-assisted tools like the Activator® (a small handheld device) and the Impulse® adjusting instrument, which delivers controlled pulses to realign joints comfortably. Every technique is chosen based on what your body needs and what feels right for you.

Every new patient receives a musculoskeletal exam before any care begins. X-rays are only used when medically necessary and our practice will refer you for MRI imaging or to another specialist if needed.
